「Hope & Agnes were very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the location. Nearly unlimited restaurants and bars. All our meals in the area were excellent. The subway is very easy from the apartment. Great experience!」

「The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The host gave very simple instructions on how to find the place and get into the apartment. We had a wonderful time here. We have absolutely nothing...

「Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio 」

「We had a good experience at this VRBO! It was convenient to times square, good food, and broadway shows. It was a little tight inside but perfectly fine for sleeping. They provided us with ear plugs, extra towels and sheets, and shampoo and conditioner. Communication was great, we got responses right away. The location felt pretty safe, in the back part of the building with multiple doors. Would stay again!! 」
