Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. This location was ideal for everything our family wanted to do - ski Stratton, shop Manchester and antiquing in Bennington. I even planned for a massage in Laurie’s studio 12/10!」
