「The staff were very nice and even gave me a trail recommendation given we could not do the alpine crossing as planned that day! The unit was very clean and cozy and had exactly what was needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, only 15 minute drive from the national park visitor center. The property is very peaceful and I enjoyed watching the alpacas at night from the back yard. Would highly recommend!」

「Yes the room was clean and tidy - the walls are thin so you need courteous neighbours which on one night we did not :) but that is not the fault of the accommodation. We have already booked our next stay.」

「今回、予約していた部屋から到着時にスタッフの提案で最上階（4階）レイクビューにアップグレードし、洗濯機、乾燥機付きの広い部屋で大満足でした。 プールも温水でサウナ、ジムも有りホテル内で十分楽しめます。 朝食はBistro Lago でビュッフェを食べましたが、程良い量の盛り付けで清潔感が有ります。 ディナーもBistro Lagoで食べましたが、どれも大変満足の行く味でした。 特にラムステーキは最高に美味しいです。 立地環境は周りに何も無く飲食街まで車で5分位と歩いて行くにはチョット厳しいです。 個人的には、またタウポに行くなら泊まりたいホテルです。」
