"This is one of my favourite hotels simply because of the rooms and price. It’s also the perfect location, not right in your face downtown but a quick drive to anything. It is not a five star hotel but the apartment style rooms are great for large groups. As for cleanliness the fridge and floors could use a bit of tending to and my room had a stale cigarette smell but nothing a little air freshener couldn’t fix. The staff is friendly and I do like the underground parking although it is $40 a night which I find a bit pricey. Keep in mind I have stayed here three or four times in the past four years and they are still doing construction throughout the building. Nevertheless I will be back again. "

"Excellent location and clean, spacious rooms. Comfy beds (slept like a log!). Would definitely stay here again, especially if I had meetings in the Queen's Park, University Avenue area. Breakfast good too."

"The AC wasn’t working properly and no fan was available so we were moved to a slightly cooler room. We were made aware that the 13th of April was the first day of the season , to connect the AC. The staff were the absolute friendliest, professional and made our Toronto visit so enjoyable!"

"Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work."

"The first room was adequate but once you notice the details, it seemed the room was unkept - torn blackout blinds and dusty cabinetry. The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone who is seeking R&R. My request to change rooms was quickly addressed and with great customer service "

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The rooms were very clean and had great amenities, very comfortable beds and chairs. The location was perfect, lots of amazing restaurants (especially Sang-ji bao next door) and great coffee shops close by. There is also a bus stop to union station and Eaton centre just around the corner. "
