ピラトゥス山周辺のホテル

「事前にルツェルンからのシャトルバスがあるのかをメール問い合わせしましたが、返信が来たのは問い合わせから3日後でした。 メール内容は、平日は30分毎、土日は、そんなに頻繁にはないとの回答で、私たちは、日曜だったので、たまたま電車で行くことにしましたが、ホテル到着後、シャトルバスの運行そのものをしていないと言われびっくりしました。 代わりに滞在中のクリエンスからルツェルン間の無料パスは、もらいましたが、いったいどなたが、メール返信していたのか、驚きました。 あと１つ不満だったのは、夜の9:00に到着したら、チェックインに、45分待たされました。 中には、ホテルのタオルが交換されていなかったとかクレームしている他国の方もいてフロントの人手不足を感じました。 最終的には、人も優しく、設備もきれいで満足でしたが、 シャトルパスや、チェックインの出だしの印象は、良くなかったです。」

「宮殿のような作りのホテルですが館内には最新の設備が備わっていて良かったです。 私は言語に不安があったのですが全てのスタッフが私にわかりやすいように説明してくれました。 特に良かったと思った点は、部屋がとても綺麗に清掃されていたことです。全てが清潔で塵ひとつ見つけるのが難しいくらいでした。 料金はそれなりにしますが泊まる価値はあると思います。」

「Spacious room with panoramic view of mountains, lake and golf course, nice huge bathroom. Kind and accommodating staff at the reception. Golf club is beautiful. Not many options for breakfast however service is excellent. 」

「駅にも観光地にも近くて便利。スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても良かったです。 部屋のミニバーが無料で付いていて、ビールやワイン、コーラなどがありました。」

「This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes. We look forward to another stay in the coming years. 」

「Wie waren kurz vor Ostern da und es war sehr ruhig da nicht viele Gäste in Hotel waren. Den SPA Bereich hatten wir fast alleine für uns. Alles top und Service sehr gut!!!」

「On our way from Tirol to Grindelwald by car, we drop by Luzern as it was right place have rest. Since it was difficult to find a hotel with parking space near the city center, we stayed this hotel and it was good. After chekking in, we went to the old city of Luzern by S-Bahn, only 10 minutes ride. It comes every 15 minutes. The station is about 5 min walk from the hotel.」

「駅から近く便利。施設は、新しく洗練されていた。旧市街にも近かった。」

「バス本数多い（3-5分毎にある）ので、アクセスすごく便利！！ エアコンで夏快適に過ごせた。 朝食おいしかった！シャンパンもあり最高です！ 1階には、フリードリンクあり、地下には、氷もありべんり！」
