「This secluded farmhouse nestled in the valley below Shenandoah National Park was the perfect spot for a last minute getaway.Our dogs loved the expansive yard and we loved sitting on the back porch to take in the sights and sounds of the National Park.The house is 15 minutes from Luray in one direction and the Thornton Gap Entrance to the National Park in the other.The house itself is as stunning as it looks in the pictures and the hosts were very communicative. We hope to make it back soon!」

「House is large and comfortable with a beautiful location and view. Very close to Skyland Drive. Kid friendly with crib and high chair. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and come again. 」

「We were having a family gathering in the mountains. We really appreciated this large home. This included five couples. Everyone had their own room. All beds were king or queen. There were several bathrooms, great kitchen, living and dining rooms for gathering. A grocery store was a very short drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Internet was reliable. Air conditioning worked well. There were three stories, but the stairs were no problem for us. We absolutely would stay here again. 」

「The Farmhouse was beautifully restored with large rooms, a wonderful porch, a kitchen equipped for every need, and a table large enough to sit our 8 family members with room left over. My grandchildren loved the big lawn with the provided yard equipment and sprinkler. We all enjoyed the animals and fire pit. Our host was gracious and readily available, and we would love to return some day.」

「We had the best time. My grandkids ages 8-14 loved feeding and petting the animals. The animals are rescues which makes them more special. The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was huge and well equipped. Farmer Tony and farmer Michelle were the best. We have booked for a second visit!」

「We loved staying here and would recommend it to any family! It was perfect to gather around the table and enjoy a home cooked meal we had prepared together and then go outside and hang around the fire pit knowing we wouldn’t be disturbing anyone out in the country. Jennifer was very accommodating and very responsive and went out of her way to make our family feel welcome at the Farmhouse. I am definitely recommending to family and friends!」

「This was such a relaxing property and very easy communication with the hosts. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup to run around. The kitchen is well stocked and very spacious with a very comfortable dining room table to enjoy meals. The location was very convenient for short drives to parks and hikes. The house is nicely furnished, comfortable and has beautiful backdrop of the mountains. This was such an awesome location to get away and relax. We would definitely recommend this property.」
