「We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was so spacious, comfortable, and decorated so cute. The backyard area was beautiful and we enjoyed being right on the water. Tucked away but still not too far from everything we wanted to do!」

「The cabin is great and has everything needed for a short or long stay including utensils, plates pans..etc..The room is great and AC works very well. My only downside which isnt a knock to property is the bed, im a big boy and prefer king size beds, i think the cabin has a full size, its good and comfy for 1 person IMO. I would stay again and plan to soon. We snapped this photo on 2nd day of great sunset over Lake Ouachita.」

「The owners were very accommodating and so kind. The property is beautiful and you are within 20 minutes of most family excursions. Although the owners are on site, I didn’t feel uncomfortable and honestly only saw them on rare occasions. Definitely a great place to stay. 」

「It was a little confusing to find but i believe that was more due to the gps. But the property was beautiful! We had so much fun here, relaxing on and by the lake. Mrs. Lisa stocks her property with everything you could need! We were thoroughly impressed! Will definitely be returning! 」

「Just a brief three day weekend stay, but perfectly relaxing. Great communication and accurate description made the selection straightforward, and we found the property easily. The layout was simple (but the narrow spiral staircase to the game room downstairs was daunting). Furnishings were perfect and the location on the lake was great. Delighted to watch the world go by from the Lakeshore.」

「Cozy Cottage was even better than anticipated. The kitchen had every appliance you could wish. The sunroom was our favorite hangout. So peaceful! Check in was a breeze. 」
