「The room was great! A studio style but more than enough for someone spending most of the time out and about. Very clean and responsive host. 」

「The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper. 」

「Accommodations were great, we loved the apartment, it was clean, and we’d stay again if it’s available on our next trip to Philadelphia. The host was friendly and helpful, communicated well and made wonderful suggestions for area activities and attractions. 」

「George the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Only little setback is the hot water doesn’t stay hot very long , only enough for one shower. But overall place is very nice. Will definitely book again!」

「Apartment was clean and well maintained. Right in Old Town, walking distance to so many places. Host were quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be recommending them to friends visiting the area, and will use them again if we go back. 」

「Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

「great little place! it comes with a mini kitchen, complete with microwave, hot plate, toaster, etc. we enjoyed watching tv (streaming accounts are already logged in) and taking hot showers in this cute place while visiting fishtown. no issues!」

「My husband and I spent a lovely weekend at this property during a very chilly, snowy weekend in January. The studio was equipped with absolutely everything we needed, was spotless, and was beautifully decorated. Al went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, including supplying an extra space heater. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay again. 」
