"Just left the Royalton and won’t be back. The property was nice, but the service was lacking. Waited over an hour for our food at dinner continually. Was ignored when trying to get drinks at the bar. There were 4 of us and we all were treated the same way. The room would be cleaned and dirty towels ..."
