"We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive. Property was very clean and equipped with everything we need (e.g. full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat & cool system, Grill ). Everything was clean, comfortable bed, large living room with multiple sofas, well appointed large kitchen and dining area. It is less than a mile from Southwest Harbor and easy access to Acadia. "This motel was clean, quiet, and convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The room was spacious and had a cute balcony for drinking coffee & early morning sun. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the Main Street in Bar Harbor for shopping and restaurants. There was city road construction being done near the hotel but it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Cromwell Harbor Motel was everything we wanted in a home base while exploring the area. "

"Had an exceptional experience! The rooms were spotless and impeccably maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking ocean view from my room.The combination of cleanliness and stunning views made my stay truly memorable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day off right. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was quiet, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally , it was easy to access all the popular spots without any trouble. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!"
