"Clean and conveniently located near the center of Bar Harbor. The manager, Tim, is fantastic. Very accommodating to any requests. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. "The location of the property is perfect! Just one block from the main strip so you are extremely close to all the food and shopping. The house is beautiful and the main areas are well furnished. The property is very clean. I ate way too many of the cookies which are left out daily- so delicious! My room was on the third floor (attic level). I loved having the space of a suite. My only issue was with the bathroom. Because the room is built in the roof line, the ceilings are low in the bathroom. The shower was very tight with a rain shower head that was too low for my fiancée who is 6’3. I’m 5’9 and just barely fit underneath. "
"Not fancy but clean and very conveniently located to Acadia National Park (short drive or take Island Hopper) and Bar Harbor Shops and Restaurants (walking distance) Susie at front desk very helpful! Every night after dinner we walked the path along the shore and back to the motel. Second time we have stayed here! Will be back! "
