Just outside of Bar Harbor away from the crowds but close enough to walk / shuttle into the heart of the town. Breakfast and coffee included (a huge plus) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is not included but the location, views, and staff made the place very worth it. Highly recommend!

We had probably the best room in the hotel… 312 with beautiful views of water. Shuttle stops at this hotel. No daily cleaning and that was disclosed, you take out the trash and towels for new ones. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good.
