Very nice staff
It’s been years since we stayed in a Motor Lodge style but really liked having the car close and made loading easy. The location is on the edge of town which provides us quiet place to sleep. Restaurants etc are nearby
The staff was most helpful in telling us about places to visit if it rained.
Parking was plentiful and right outside our room.
The breakfast staff kept everything filled.
Clean room. Beautiful well maintained property. Check in easy. Nice young man. Parking right in front of room. Safe surroundings. 3 good restaurants just 1/4 mile up the road.
Breakfast the same as anywhere else. Nothing to write home about but gets you filled till late afternoon.
This is a very nice place to stay if you are visiting Acadia. Continental breakfast was typical for this price level, but the dining area was much larger than most and well maintained. The pool was very clean, would be great for families.
The hotel looked new. Our room was very nice - clean and well stocked with towels, etc. The breakfast room was close to our room and had enough seating for all of the guests. The food was delicious and plentiful.
We were told that the sheets and towels would be changed every other day and that was fine with us since we were only staying two nights.
The price seemed high until I checked prices at other hotels and inns in the area and found that it was actually reasonable if you want to visit Acadia.
Basic motel-style accommodation, but clean, quiet and well managed, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly. Parking space right outside your door which was very convenient. Prices were high, but we were there during a high-season weekend. About 5-10 minutes from town and park entrance. Only complaint was the barn door/latch sliding bathroom door. A little awkward. Nice stay overall.
This was a perfect spot to stay to be out of the congestion of traffic and all! During prime time at Bar Harbor I believe there are shuttles but after Columbus Day they are dome with that! We did have luck the first night with Uber but the next day we had no luck! You'd think that with the Leaf Peepers coming into town they would have better accommodations! No such luck! Ollies Trolly's are the best for the park tour! We did the 3:30 tour on October. 18th and got to see the sunset on Cadillac Mountain! Awesome!
A very nice room. Convenient location for Acadia and Bar Harbor. Nice breakfast included with outdoor seating. They have an outdoor pool. Dog friendly motel. Nice areas to walk your dog with a bags and trash location. Everything is one floor so you don't have to lug your things far from your car.
This place is a lovely and convenient hotel outside of Bar Harbor but still within range of the town and park. You're also close to places to eat like Udder Heaven Ice Cream & BBQ (a short drive down the road). Not only are the premises quiet and modern, it's pretty with places to sit outside to watch the night sky when the stars are out. The breakfast is accomadating, which is nice for someone like me who has gluten sensitivities. Ask the staff; they're very helpful!
