We stayed 3 nights in March 2026. Coober Pedy is a dusty place in the outback with flies. We knew this and arrived with fly hats and average expectations with regard to the hotel. Staff member was friendly and the room wasn't bad. It seemed dated as well as there is minimal airflow and the room gets hot quickly. didn't have breakfast, as well as was nervous to touch anything because of the fear of a cleaning fee

Very friendly host, who organised our room earlier, as we'd been on the overnight bus! Great 'cave' room, with good, clean and comfortable beds. Great shower. Use of kitchen. Laundry available. Definitely recommend!
