"Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina."
"Amazing location and very accommodating staff! First night was a little too warm in the main hotel for our liking; however, the staff went above and beyond to provide us with an alternative room in a nearby location.
