"Come prepared. This is a very remote place saved for nature. The cabin is a duplex and the description is misleading. I reserved the non refundable unit before noticing it was a duplex. Both units are listed with a four-person capacity when it's really only for two each. The porch and parking is also shared. "First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay."
