「I had a great night at the hotel and honestly could’ve stayed longer, I was just there for the night because I’m based somewhere else for the month of March. Host who greeted me was very kind and communicative. The room was extremely comfortable and cute, the little terrace is nice to have as well. 「3泊しましたが、部屋が広く清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。バス停からは少し歩きますが、メインストリートまで近く、毎日ご飯や観光に困ることはなかったです。そして何よりスタッフの方々にお礼を言いたいです。今回カターニア空港でロストバゲージになってしまい、現地の空港や運送会社とのコミュニケーションがうまく取れない中、スタッフの方が毎日電話で連絡して下さり無事荷物を受け取ることができました。本当にありがとうございました。ホスピタリティとサービスがとても良く、またタオルミーナを訪れた際はお世話になりたい宿です。」

「We enjoyed our short but very sweet night at Palazzo Privatera. We arrived on the heels of Cyclone Henry, so much of the town was shut down, but our host Alfio was extremely insightful and helpful. He showed us around this mideivel treasure, hosted a wonderful breakfast, and made our stay so comfortable! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing property and town, but hope to return in the future to enjoy more of Mt Etna’s beauty and vineyards!」
