「Expedia messed up the description. The description says the room selection are 1 bedroom,2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. but when I checked in - it was a studio. I have to show the Hotel front desk of the description error by Expedia. Luckily , they are very understand and helped us to upgrade to 1 bedroom without charging us extra. I think it is purely Expedia's fail. and causes the problem. wasted our time to move around.. They should refund the money back to us」
