"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see and do and easy to access our room when needed. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Our only complaint would be that the room never got below 74 degrees so it was pretty warm for sleeping and relaxing. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room anyway so it was a huge problem. "

"Nice hotel, very close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Unfortunately there was an extremely long line to check in. I had to change my clothes in the lobby restroom and then store our bags at the luggag"

"Amazing stay "

"Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. The lobby is very busy but the floors are quiet, and being just steps away from Times Sq was so convenient. The free walking tours were an added bonus that we really enjoyed too. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location was right next to the subway and a wine store"

"The room is nice, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly…. But this hotel has zero amenities. No room service, couldn’t even have a simple coffee maker in the room. I had to get coffee from the restaurant down stairs for a charge. When I initially asked if there was room service, they said no because it’s a “modern concept hotel”??? In what world does modern mean lacking in services? Also, this place charges you an extra $200CAD fee once you arrive….. thats an entire extra nights stay. No where does it say when I booked this hotel that I’d have to pay this. It was a fine stay but I wouldn’t go here again for the fee alone. "

"When we first checked into the room the bathroom had not been cleaned, someone had gone number 2 and stunk of weed. They also turned the water off from 9am to 12pm on a Tuesday morning, right when we wanted to get ready to go out for the day and only saw the paper under our door that morning. "
