"The fact that they gave my room to someone else and tried to blame Expedia for their mistakes. I don’t need a king size bed. I needed a room with 2 queens and that what I paid for. The day that they lied to me the whole time is crazy."

"Kitchen is poorly equipped and stove top does not heat properly. Utensils are very old. Linen was changed once in two weeks! TV location in the worst place of the room. "

"Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could expect from a budget line hotel. Spongy waffles, pebble-like scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, a few cereals and watery coffee, but hey, it’s an included breakfast at a La Quinta not a pay per meal at a Westin."
