"It would be nice to communicate somehow so guests can better prepare that the train is very loud multiple times a night. The location is great but this was a fairly terrible nights sleep with the train. "

"First things first, when I arrived nobody was at the desk so I dashed the number provided on a sign for assistance and staff seemed annoyed and was told rudely to wait. Okay, whatever, I waited, no biggie. Second, I get the room and immediately see baby roaches in the bathroom and by the bed by the window. Then I went to shower and there were no towels. Called the front, no answer. Went to office, again no staff. Then went to check out, window thing was down, no staff. Couldn’t tell them what was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here. "

"Absolutely disgusting I cannot believe Hilton has there name on this Charged more than Expedia booked for. Hair in shower would not let us check in early. Rude staff. Will NEVER stay there again. Dirt all over floors no carpet. "

"The host was very good at comms. And the beds and couches were comfortable.The location was exactly where we needed it, because we chose it based on where we were going to be.Unfotunately, it was not as clean as any other ST rental we have ever stayed in. There were lots of great kitchen elements that mostly needed to be washed before use & many of the floors were sticky or had food crumbs or wrappers under couches or tables. "

"Best amenities & stay ever! Parker’s place is such a beautiful, spacious, accommodating, comfortable, and fun place for entertaining large families (like ours) or big groups, and of all ages. They have thought of everything to ensure every guest enjoys their stay. Besides all the fun things the house offers (pickleball court, dipping pool, grills, karaoke, game room, fire pits, outdoor seating, etc), the furniture and beds are modern & comfortable. The place is well stocked with cookware, spices, grill tools, fresh linens, toiletries, and has very cool decor on top of all that (& this is coming from a Longhorn!). They really thought of everything. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Our entire group would eagerly recommend it to anyone looking for, what we’d consider an all inclusive getaway."
