「New rooms are great but the beds creak and rooms aren’t soundproof, noise from other floors / nextdoor Rooms」

「We had a really lovely stay at Jesmond Dene Hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided a quiet, peaceful escape.」
