Whether it was helping with recommendations or accommodating special requests, they handled everything with professionalism and kindness. just need to change there cup or wash it properly. "Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "
