- ALL WHEEL DRIVE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN THE COLDER/SNOWY MONTHS.
-No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur fines.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors on the mountain.
- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
- Parking in the driveway for 4 cars max. Park only in the driveway and do not attempt to park at the basement level.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

Guest access
The only parts of the cabin that are off limits are the locked closets in the basement. The rest of the cabin is yours to use :)
