The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay.

Clean room but you can not take a shower when there is no hook for the showerhead Not one English channel on TV the second night we could not sleep due to drunken group of people in the hotel

Nice cheap stay at 50£ per night , hotel slightly rundown but lake views from the back of hotel are amazing, we went off season so had the full beach area to ourself , staff are all friendly too , would have preferred a lake view as there didn’t appear to be a lot of guests and I was sure my original ...
