I arrived at the front desk with 2 very loud TV’s in lobby , multiple guests at front desk looking for pool towels and chatting at counter which made difficult as the front desk person and myself could not hear each other. Arriving at room I find there is no hand soap in bathroom. Next day, there was no housekeeping service or clean towels. Upon checking out I was told that the 100.00 room incidental charge takes two weeks to be credited to my account since it takes two weeks to determine if there is any room damage ?? Unbelievable or misinformed staff ? Marriott should be embarrassed, do not recommend.
