Customer service was great. No complaints there. The rooms, on the other hand were a different story. We stayed one night, reserved two rooms. My two major complaints are cleanliness and safety. Cleanliness: Both rooms smelled overwhelmingly like smoke (in nonsmoking rooms)! Gave us quite the headache. The bed sheets had human hair pretty much everywhere, and what looked like many (hopefully) dirt stains. Seems like they weren’t washed, and they just made the bed because they were “clean enough”. In the bathroom, there was what looked like mold growing on the floor corners. Faded red stains that looked like blood on the floor as well. Safety : One of our doors looked like it had been kicked in. The lock was very difficult to open and close. When it was closed, it did not feel secure; if you jiggled the door handle from the outside, the door moved. The lock area was completely warped, jagged, and popping out. The door hinges were rusted and had pins popping out. This door was on its last leg. I’ve attached pics. The area surrounding the motel was safe for the most part. No sketchy people hanging around, and the cars were fine. The walls were also very thin. Super wonderful when our upstairs neighbors decided to shower at 2 am. I’d give it one star for the reasons I’ve mentioned, but it did the job in terms of temporary lodging. We traveled with pets and it was a good enough option considering it was the only reasonably priced hotel I could find in the area.

1st the electronic door key for our 1st room would not open the door. Spoke with Mangr, we got new key- it didn’t work either. I asked “ do you have another room, got new room and the key didn’t open the door!! Mangr opened door w/ super key, we put our stuff in the room & went to eat. Mangr was to be there when we returned- He wasn’t & we had to wait in the car for 30 min to open the door!! The room was very sparse: No microwave no extra blankets no amenities…. Room very shabby remodel ceiling looked like coming down, bath door would stick & not open-we had to yank it open!! I WANT A REFUND OR AT LEAST 50% discount!!

Staff was great. But I had a huge problem with my key card and had to walk back and forth from the office to finally get someone to come and open it for me. Cleanliness was decent. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Room had dirty floors, not swept. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress is way beyond end of life and should be replaced. Window was almost impossible to open. The entire sink faucet was loose, not installed correctly. The door to the room was not opening correctly with the key card

The room had fruit flies. The trash receptacle was full. There was a bunch of rotten bananas sitting on the trash bin. That did not help with the fruit flies. I informed the front desk and was told that fruit flies were hard to eradicate and they just had pest control come in that day. I guess they paid pest control for nothing if the trash is not disposed of fast enough the problem will continue. Mind you this was during winter but the fruit flies were still present.

Area was decent. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the bed sheets did not look like they had been changed as I found some hair underneath the pillows and at the bottom of the bed. I should have taken pictures but didnt think about it as I was super busy with work. Luckily I always bring extra bed sheets with me when on my work trips. Other than that everything else was fine.

Al entrar a la habitación me percato que estaba sucia, toallas en el piso con basura, una aspiradora en el baño, al principio se me hizo raro. Entramos al cuarto un poco en shock 😳 … sorpresa el baño sucio sucio con manchitas de 💩 regadera sin regadera literal .. la bañera sucio de un pegamento negro .. al ver eso inmediatamente salimos al lobby a reclamar cambio de cuarto … eran las 12am hice check in a esa hora porque pues estábamos en Palm springs en una fiesta … el personal del lobby nos dice que no hay cambios porque no hay cuartos que me cancela y busque otro lugar o bien que me quede en el cuarto y a las 8am personal de mantenimiento va al cuarto a reparar la regadera … Acepte y en la mañana que creen …..? Pues no llegó el personal de mantenimiento yo fui al lobby a preguntar a las 830am el baño tapado porque el agua no bajaba no tenía presión … Llega el personal de mantenimiento y nos dice que es correcto que ese baño esa tasa del excusado no sirve que ya lo sabían los del hotel y aún así me lo rentaron .. arregló la regadera y nos trajo un despatacaños … el olor en los pasillo por la Alfombra un olor a sucio un olor a humedad un olor a falta de sensibilidad a los huéspedes … El teléfono del cuarto sin funcionar … Horrible experiencia ..
