Very clean hotel, underground parking was convenient, staff was friendly. Only thing not super satisfying to me is there is no mini fridge and microwave in the room. No water provided like other hotels.

We really enjoyed the hotel view and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were also very friendly. However, the bathtub drain was quite slow, and the room phone wasn't functioning properly.

March 20-22 was our third stay at Alt Hotel Brossard. The staff here are exceptional. Friendly, fluently bilingual and willing to help with whatever you need. Example my husband needed a seat for the shower due to a mobility issue and it was accommodated. The hotel room is quite small, night table on only one side which can be inconvenient. Shower stall is also quite small. Just things to consider when booking but would recommend otherwise
