Welcome to my curated apartment, a unique property in bustling Plateau Mont-Royal, arguably Montreal's most iconic, artsy and groovy neighbourhood. This open-space 2-bedroom loft is sun-drenched and fitted with designer furniture, high-end appliances and plush rugs to keep you cozy and comfortable during your stay. I hope you enjoy all that my home and Plateau have to offer, from hikes on Mont-Royal to yoga at Sangha and drinks at Darling. Bonus: Saint-Viateur bagels is walking distance!

Rare, modern upscale apartment curated with love in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal with private roof deck, large balcony, lush tropical plants and work-from-home station. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide all-day lighting on a quiet street steps away from bars, restaurants, cafés, the mountain, parks and public transit. Magnificent views of Mont Royal and Olympic Stadium. Experience a classic Montreal lifestyle near the house of famed musician Leonard Cohen, Saint Laurent street and the iconic Schwartz smoked meat deli.
Apartment is adorned with art by Maia Flore (France / LA), Lobsang Dhagpo (Nepal / NYC), Niko (Montreal).
Please note that both bedrooms are on the main floor and the staircase leads to the roof deck. The Smart TV is in the master bedroom and you can connect to your personal accounts on any streaming platforms that you are subscribed to, or you may bring any streaming devices (Chromecast, etc.) to connect your devices to the TV. Also please note that as this is my pied à terre in the city I may leave belongings neatly tucked away in boxes in the smaller bedroom’s closet, leaving about half of the closet available to guests (the main bedroom has a large walk-in closet). I also leave condiments and dried goods in the pantry (but I clear the fridge) and I sometimes leave my guitar there too, so feel free to play some chords if you’re keen!
Please note that the apartment can get hot in the summer despite AC and fans, and it has some quirks (like a finicky building door lock that requires a little bit of getting used-to) so it's best for travellers who tend to look at the bright side of things and flow with life :)
