Spacious loft, industrial style in historic building (Unity1), views on interior courtyard,
polished cement floors. Furnished in a mix of retro-modern-industrial style.
The space
Equipped with
4 plasma TVs (home theatre), 2 dvds.1 Ipod stand. The building is home to 'Daylight Cafe',
and a hair salon. High ceilings (12 feet), huge (10 feet) replicated factory windows. One
closed bedroom, one semi-closed bedroom. Bathroom with individual bathtub and glass shower.
Includes high speed wi-fi, A/C, electricity, local phone, satellite cable.
Possibility of indoor parking.

Excellent location, 2 blocks south of St. Catherine Street, north of Notre-Dame (old Montreal),
