「Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.」

「Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.」

The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. 「The apartment was within walking distance of a lot that my group and I wanted to see, like the Louvre for example. Easy access to bus stops / train stations as well. The apartment has lots of windows so it helped to keep cool. The staff were super responsive and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to paris.」

「Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.」

「No front desk . U have to check in 72 hour before and they said if u don’t do it u lost your booking . No phone number for the host to talk directly. And no money back . Horrible horrible . and the park in the front full off rats . Disgusting」
