"Been at several times and so was at the most pleasant place excellent service and cleanliness this visit they were under some construction rep, plumbing, the hotel other than that it was awesome. I would like to see some real scrambled eggs and sausage for me continental breakfast, but it is great. Would recommend anyone without a doubt."

"Wonderful stay for our first time in Tallahassee. VERY convenient location to both FSU and FAMU. On less hot days you could walk to either campus. Every staff member we dealt with was kind, courteous and friendly. Our ONLY complaint is breakfast on Sunday at 915ish was a disaster...out of most items, no restocking. Stated closing time was 10am, so not sure what happened, but if you state a time until 10, you should be providing most options until that time, or at least run out in the last 15 minutes. Monday I was down there about 830 and 930 was stated closing time and everything was well stocked, so thinking (hoping) Sunday was an anomoly. Note that there is a $25/night parking fee. Parking lot feels small- not sure what happens when it's full and you need to park. Aside from this, we enjoyed our time here and it felt like home and would definately stay here again."

"First room they gave us we walked in and the beds were unmade and stains on the sheets. 2nd room was clean so maybe a maid forgot a room?. They pool was extremely cold and no where to sit. Extremely cold in june..Come on now. They ran out of towels apparently so we didn't even have enough. While there, there was a football team staying there too. Running all over the hotel and knocking on everyone's doors and running off. Driving fast through the parking lot and blaring loud music. Breakfast was gone after they got through. Hotel wasn't able to keep up with many guests apparently. Oh yeah vending machines take your money."

"The staff was great. Special thanks to Makeda, Pearl and Anthony at the front desk. Tiffany provided a great breakfast for us every morning, the kitchen and dining area so clean and well stocked. Mike did a great job hosting the reception on Wednesday evening. The lake is beautiful and the surrounding areas are well maintained. We will definitely return. We stayed almost one week and have no complaints."
