"Room wasn’t vacuumed"

"The hotel staff were so kind! We were in town for our mom’s funeral and had an issue with the location for the reception. They allowed us to use the breakfast room and it was so wonderful."

"It was not handicap accessible. It was a huge ring around the sink. The tub was incleaned. My guess who is handicap fell in the bathroom because the toilet are not handicap accessible. I also advise the front desk of the situation and there was no resolution or solution. This situation happened about 3 o’clock in the morning and if the cameras work, they’ll be able to see our family members rushing to the room."

"Clean room"

"The front desk staff were okay. The lady in the breakfast room was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was old and worn out. The shower wasn’t a shower, there wasn’t a diverter, water only came out of the spigot. There were extra fees, $50 deposit fee for the room, refundable in 7-10 days, WI-FI was supposed to be free, there was a charge, and incidentals in the lobby were way overpriced. Pick another hotel for sure."

"We had a great room. Very clean! The renovation noise was very load and with that it mind things weren’t as nice as they had been in the past. I’m sure restoring it to its past beauty will be great!!"
