「Had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper other than that was ok」

「ロビーから綺麗で、すこしオシャレなホテル、清潔感もあります。スタッフも気さくで、夜遅いチェックインでしたが笑顔で対応くださいました。ピッツバーグまで車で3時間半、ニューヨークまで4時間、といった立地です。長距離ドライブの休憩にちょうどいいホテルだと思います。」

「The staff were super helpful and friendly, everything was clean. the outdoor patio was very nice . Hot tub and pool were spacious. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel is very nicely furnished and decorated . It's unique use of a beautiful old city hall makes it very interesting . My wife and I stayed in a room that utilised the old vault as the bathroom I thought that added a lot of character to the room」

「We have stayed at this property a few times in the past. I felt that it was clean and the staff was helpful, When needed. Unfortunately, this time I do not feel like the staff was helpful at all. The place wasn't as clean as usual. There was usually a very nice breakfas. It was definitely lacking this time. No one there too help us and no coffee. I sadly am going to have to find another place to stay when I visit my family in Williamsport.」

「The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror...

「This was the most ghetto motel I ever stayed at. The stuffed lounge chair had a giant hole in the seat cushion, with stuffing coming out. This was “repaired’ by pplacing a bath towel over it. I sat down and hit a spring. The bathtub was atrocious. Showers in prison are cleaner. Room 216」
