「When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. 「This house was a gem in cleanliness, surroundings, location, functionality. The kitchen was truly well-supplied and we cooked every breakfast and dinner easily for six of us. The appliances work great as well. The bedrooms were comfortable, we were very grateful for three full bathrooms! The property is so nice, it is quiet and it felt very remote and peaceful. 「We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. 「We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.」

「The facilities offered were great and provided what we needed for our stay. The only issues we had were the overgrown bushes out front prevented us from having visibility to oncoming traffic as we left the driveway. Also, there is a very large tree in the front yard and the limbs/branches extend down to where they will hit your vehicle depending on how large of a vehicle you have. 」
