Had a great stay at the Tiny House! Surprisingly clean and well appointed with all the basics. Perfect for an escape to the woods while still being able to quickly return to the real world. Proximity to the Neversink trail head is a major plus!
Great experience. Should know the bathrooms may not be very sanitary (for women during menstruation for instance). Beautiful, calm, peaceful, exactly what you want outta tiny house in the woods.
This was such a lovely getaway without ALL the hassle of truly camping. The proximity to overlook and waterfall hikes was absolutely phenomenal! Brittani was super helpful and very apologetic regarding a solar panel that was broken. Luckily we are avid campers and have many lanterns + were not here to use Wifi, but to unplug :D
The site is super private and we had a blast. We will be back!
Being greeted by goats was phenomenal and the host was kind enough to leave goat treats in the wagon to enhance that experience . It's a little bit of a walk down to the tiny house but it's absolutely beautiful and very rustic. The Wi-Fi was decent and there was some service by the road. The power didn't last our whole stay but we were warned that that was a possibility and seeing as it had been rainy and dark the previous two days we were fully expecting not to have power the whole time. It definitely didn't change our experience everything was clean and well organized will definitely be booking again for a longer stay.
We stayed after a concert in the area and it was perfect weather so the stay was pleasant. We did not have a chance to utilize the fire pit or grill but everything was as expected
We loved it so much! The owners really thought of everything you may need and have it there! The view is gorgeous and the billy goats and ducks were so awesome! I could stay there all summer long if I could!
My daughter and I had a nice short stay at this rustic cabin. All the instructions were clear, and I particularly appreciated the cart to bring things down the steep path. We also loved the goats!!Would have given 5* if there were more fans to cool the cabin.
Paid a visit to West Point for a friend's change of command and rented the tiny house. It was a perfect secluded spot for a few days of fishing with my friends, and the day trip to West Point.
It was very nice. Some of the amenities are not as pictured—the large water tanks are no longer connected—and some features showed wear, but overall, I loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.
A wonderful place out of everything and at the same time close to the city. Very calm place. Brittani, the host, was fantastic since the reserve day.

This is definitely more of a camping experience. Do not stay with the expectation of having power. The location runs on solar. My visit had bad thunderstorm weather and we only had power for about 10 mins... once we lost power we were pretty much stuck in shed with a bed lol

It is what it is. I am way too old to be doing that style of camping anymore. Just not for me. There was a lot of communication when I booked but haven't heard anything since. I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! The toilet is so crooked. It's hard to go to the bathroom. I get roughing it and camping isn't glamorous? But there's a few things that could make this just a little bit nicer of a stay.Especially since people are paying to stay there. Just leveling the toilet seat a little bit so you're able to wipe yourself without standing up! Maybe chairs that don't require cushions that are completely missing so there's something semi comfortable to sit on outside.... an updated futon mattress would be amazing. That thing is so smashed and old.It was the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on in my entire life.I am still extremely sore today and probably will be the rest of the week getting over that mattress. Solar power is cool.It was extremely sunny. The whole time we were there. We had some power the first night. We use it until much later. We used it in the evening and then literally had like an hour The next day before it turned off. it needs idk how many days to recharge. That's wild! Oh, and when we got there I didn't realize how no service we were gonna be.We were sitting outside for probably 45 minutes before we could get in had to leave to look up the info again.
