Beautiful views and grounds. Great location and very spacious. Our kids loved the loft space in the rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was very good and breakfast included made an easy start to our days.

Very nice, clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Louiz. He was wonderful. Grounds were beautiful with a lot of birds and flowers. Restaurant food wasn’t great but the staff was very good.

One night in Monteverde

We arrived late and were received with the same enthusiasm as the first customer of the day. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the property was immaculate. Our breakfast was absolutely amazing! We loved the charm of the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. Close to everything as well.

No volvería! No lo recomiendo, por las sgts razones: Las instalaciones son súper antiguas. Cero sentido de hospitalidad. El desayuno es súper limitado y poco agradable. La cama estaba como “hundida” No hay aire acondicionado y tampoco se pueden abrir las ventanas por los insectos. Los alrededores de algunas habitaciones son oscuras y solitarias. El precio, no lo vale! Hay otros hoteles en la zona que por la mitad del precio, hay un desayuno espectacular, atención al cliente excepcional, instalaciones modernas, huelen rico, se siente ese sentido de hospitalidad que le hace falta a este hotel Heliconias.

It was a different experience

When we checked on, the person working the desk spoke to me as if he had an attitude. I did not feel welcomed. The needs were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. At night, it got really cold because there is no heat in the rooms. We tried to reserve the jacuzzi, but was later told that the heater was broken. I was going to plan a proposal while in the jacuzzi, but that fell through. thought about checking out a day earlier.

Vi bokade detta ***hotell Redan vid incheckning började problemen, ingen nyckel på plats, efter en stund fick vi en reservnyckel. Väl uppe på rummet blev vi stående med väskorna i handen. Var detta ett rum på ett ***hotel Suite Gulf Wiev? Åter i receptionen och sa att vi inte var nöjda med rummet, blev vi erbjudna ett nytt rum till nästa dag. Bara tanken att sova en natt på rummet så bestämde vi oss för att leta annat boende. Hittade ett nytt ***hotel till ett betydligt lägre pris och betydligt högre standard . Dom erbjöd utan vi fråga att hämta oss och vårat bagage. Åter i receptionen informerade jag personalen att vi checkar ut. Utan att fråga varför eller erbjuda oss någon kompensation checkade vi ut. Detta hotel var av standarden ett *-**hotell möjligen i nivå av ett motell vi motorvägen Rekommenderar absolut ingen att boka detta hotell som utger sig och tar befallt för ett *** hotell.
