"Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here.
