Really enjoyed our stay here, needed to give them a bit of Lea way as they had only just opened 2 weeks ago and still learning, had a cosy room which was great BUT the storage space was awful, not enough (Had to live out of my case) and one draw taken by a silly safe that they couldn’t get working and a HUGE TV in a room that nobody would use. The Air Con in the room failed twice, again, there are certain issues that still need sorting including the sign in the room to notify housekeeping to tidy your room. The food was great and recommend the Restaurant for evening dining. Very well located, literally one block away from the beach and all outdoor amenities. They claim it’s a wellness Hotel, certainly not at the moment, but the potential is there. Currently, not a 5* as they claim and with the right outside assistance, it could be, but at the moment, happy with a low 4*
With all the comments, will certainly give them the benefit and try again as we really enjoy a boutique Hotel.
