Many need a bath and a little medical care, in my opinion, but they were a joy to see whenever we came and went. The wifi did not work in our room at all. I'm Moment als wir dort waren, waren die Zimmer noch nicht komplett ausgestattet, zB im Bad ging eine Lampe noch nicht, die Kaffemaschine im Frühstücksraum war noch nicht richtig konfiguriert oder am Empfang fehlte sogar der Gepäckwagen. Das Empfangs- und Bedienungspersonal waren makellos. Einzig das Reinigungspersonal hat Verbesserungspotential."

Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities. Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting. Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."
