「It doesn’t get better than this! A big, bright, cheery room all colour coordinated, absolutely spotless. A balcony with a laundry line. A clean private bathroom with great water pressure. Great attention to detail: little bowls of snacks on your desk and water in your room fridge, a cute little welcome gift and even a little farewell one, too. 「It was fine but you have to drive to sights」

「Nos fuimos con ganas de quedarnos. La atención fue excelente. Los anfitriones desde el primer momento fueron atentos y serviciales, ayudándonos a encontrar parqueo cerca de la propiedad. El desayuno fue excelente. La propiedad está cerca de cafeterias y restaurantes y cerca del centro historico y a pocos pasos con una vista impresionante de los Sassis.Recomendamos 100% esta propiedad para una estancia feliz」

「まず、Expediaの説明では、駐車場があるように記載がありますが、実際には駐車場はなく、近辺の駐車場に駐車する必要があります。さらに、宿は、ZTL(入場禁止区域)にあるので、車で行けないので注意が必要です。 宿には人がいないので、チェックインするには、事前に連絡して、方法を確認しておく必要があります。 注意点としては、自分の部屋に入るには、3つのドアを開けなければなりませんが、2つめのドアーでつまずきました。キーを回した後、丸ノブを少し引くようにしないと開きません。私は結局開けられず、オーナーの方に来てもらい、入室方法を教えてもらいました。 部屋は清潔で、小さな冷蔵庫もあります。 観光エリアまでも徒歩圏内ですし、その周辺のレストランを使用できるので、食事には困らないです。」

「Super hébergement pour visiter Matera. On est vraiment tout prêt du centre. La chambre est très confortable, très bien aménagée, spacieuse. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli ainsi que le monsieur qui a préparé le petit déjeuner : ils sont adorables.」

「Beautiful room. Modern and spacious. Confortable king size bed. Walking distance to all the touristic places. Inexpensive parking in front of the building. Caferia on first floor. Slept with open windows. No AC, but not needed since our visit was at the end of September. Very very clean. Will stay again if we come back to Matera.」

「Pleasant stay. Location was perfect. I was walking and the hill was tough but if you are in shape, it’s all good. Host speaks no English but his daughter is often there to translate.」
