BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable. 2. BBQ areas and study rooms are not available to Airbnb guests. 4. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage. 5. A respectful attitude and behavior towards neighbors and security guards must be maintained.
FINES
Violating any point of the rules may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning due to excess dirt, fabric stains, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN.
Damage to the property: Cost of materials + labor cost + the cost of blocked nights for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or cards: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees.
