The property is very centrally located if you don’t mind the lack of any kind of lobby or ambiance. The two brightest stars of the property are Leticia at the front desk and the woman who cleans the rooms. Leticia is friendly and helpful. Every arrangement we made with her was on-time and correct. Some of the other staff went about their business without a hello or even a smile. The young woman who cleans the rooms( didn’t get her name) was meticulous and always had a bonjourno and a smile! If you want a clean place to lay your head and don’t plan on spending too much time in your room, this is your choice.

Cascate del Diborrato - Parco fluviale dell'Elsa

Inside the residential area of Colle Val d'Elsa is a historic and natural landscape of enormous value thanks to the Elsa River which crosses the Val d'Elsa creating a unique territory. The river creates enchanting corners for hiking and observing: the engineering works for gathering water, the artifical canal system for carrying the water to the city, the caves. A particularly suggestive point is the Diborrato water falls, a 15m jump which is more than 10m deep, a sort of small lake where the locals used to go to cool off.
