"Hotel Roanoke always delivers. It's decor, the staff, the amenities are always top-notch. It's like a trip back in time when quality mattered. It's why we've stayed here so many times and will continue to, it's nice to be taken care of properly. You don't just feel like the next random customer that needed a bed for a night or two. "

"Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time loss. You cannot compare the two places.We decided to stay and plan to go back in the future. Since our stay was only one night they probably had way more than we actually needed. Full kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We hope that will be available for us in the future.
