「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「Beautiful resort, clean and comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast and the restaurant had nice options for lunch/dinner/ snacks in between. Front staff was not as welcoming as I would have liked, felt very rushed and although no one else was waiting or around, the info we got was more in our room in the book. Even for calling for taxis it felt like we were interrupting them. One of your bartenders was very informative on what to expect for cab rates and things in the area to look...

The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, including booking restaurant reservations and helping us find information about the surrounding area. The hotel and beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice bonus too. Overall it was a superb stay. Would book this hotel again without hesitation!」
