"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. "Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen. Negatives: parking is at the other far end of the campground. We were told that we could come through the gates and park at the cottage at 16:00. However, they came banging on...
