Didn’t see any staff but facilities were great

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.

Very disappointed with the false advertisement of a heated pool. My family booked this hotel specifically because it claimed to have a heated indoor pool. The pool was unbearably cold and we could not enter. When I called the front desk to simply ask if the pool temperature is regulated because we thought perhaps it needed to be adjusted, the rep answered combatively stating they are by the river and the pool is not a hot tub. That response felt very short and rude when they could have simply stated it could not be heated. In a cold hotel in the dead of winter, their pool is useless unless you want a cold plunge.

Great location, checking experience and the staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Some details were outdated, ex an outlet hanging behind the tv but overall great and would stay again.
