We loved our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and gave great advice on what to see. The hotel gave us free tram passes making it helpful getting around town. They also lent us dry bags for swimming in the river. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel in not in the older historic area, but there were local restaurants and the tram was easy to catch and a 5 minute ride into the center of the city. We would definitely stay again.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

The hotel would be decent if the air worked. We told the staff our air wasn’t working. They said it was because they didn’t have a notification from their system but that they would reset it anyways. It never came on. We ended up checking out a day early. Their coffee maker in the lobby and wireless chargers throughout are a nice touch. I can’t speak to the breakfast. We didn’t get it since it was expensive.

There was no body wash or conditioner provided in the rooms, only shampoo, which we were told to use as body wash as well. The dish soap was essentially water with only a small amount of soap in it and appeared to be diluted by about 90%. When we asked for it to be replaced, we received the same watered-down product again. The second bed was a sofa bed with loose parts, causing it to make noise whenever someone moved. There was also no air conditioning, and the rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. Overall, the accommodations did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or cleanliness.
