Nice apartment but poorly maintained

We stayed two nights at the apartment and although the location and space was nice, we were disappointed by the way it was maintained. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. We were also required to provide our credit card details to a third party service for the holding deposit which was not clear in the description and unusual. Hopefully these issues can be addressed as it was otherwise a nice apartment.

Nous étions ravis. Petit appartement agréable, propre, trÚs bien équipé. Une petite terrasse donnant sur le parc, une minute à pied aux commerces du centre... parfait. Nous étions tellement contents que nous avons prolongé notre séjour de plusieurs jours ce qui ne posait aucun problÚme grùce à la communication trÚs efficace et rapide. Appartement bien équipé, facile d'accÚs et lumineux, stationnement véhicule garantie, copropriété agréable et bien tenue Cependant l'isolation de l'appartement est mauvais (machine à laver qui fonctionne la nuit dans l'immeuble) et le cumul de l'appartement est bruyant la nuit (déclenchement chauffe-eau) ainsi que les thermostats des radiateurs qui claquent. La TV commence à donner des signes de fatigue (surbrillance et infos en surimpression en haut de l'écran sur toutes les chaßnes). A l'arrivée,nous avons trouvé la housse du matelas en mauvais état (déchirée à plusieurs endroit et fermeture "éclair" abimée). 1 ampoule grillée sur le spot au dessus du lavabo SdB

AprÚs quelques petits problÚmes de logistique à notre arrivée tout de suite prise en charge nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. Logement trÚs calme et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. TrÚs bien placé pour visiter Grenoble, Chambéry et la Chartreuse. Boulangerie à proximité (trÚs pratique !). Juste un peu de vis à vis sur la terrasse (heureusement les voisins étaient absents !).

Attention, Ă  fuir... Appartement non nettoyĂ© en pleine pĂ©riode de covid ; je prĂ©cise que nous ne sommes pas des voyageurs « difficiles » mais lĂ  nous avons touchĂ© le fond... frigo laissĂ© en piteux Ă©tat (graisse, miettes, traces d’aliments...), matelas avec miettes et poils, vitres de douche avec coulĂ©es diverses et variĂ©es, une poignĂ©e plus que crade... et je ne parle pas de la vaisselle avec un verre sur deux oĂč nous pouvions admirer les traces de doigt graisseux du prĂ©cĂ©dent locataire. De maniĂšre secondaire, il est bon de savoir que vous n’aurez pas la clĂ© de la porte d’entrĂ©e de l’immeuble... donc il faut sonner chez les voisins... La rĂ©ponse de la conciergerie censĂ©e nous Ă©clairer sur ces dysfonctionnements : « pas de clĂ© Ă  vous fournir, sonnez donc chez les voisins ! » et pour le mĂ©nage : « ne vous inquiĂ©tez pas, nous passons l’appartement Ă  l’ozone, donc pas de danger » đŸ€š Ok... nous n’avons pu voir physiquement aucun reprĂ©sentant de l’agence, bref le plan galĂšre par excellence. Passez vite votre chemin !

Le majordome n'est plus ce qu'il Ă©tait...

DĂ©solĂ© d'ĂȘtre amenĂ© Ă  rĂ©diger un commentaire nĂ©gatif, mais je ne peux pas laisser passer. AprĂšs avoir envoyĂ© trois messages demandant s'il Ă©tait possible d'arriver avant 17h, on fini par me rĂ©pondre qu'il faut s'assurer au prĂ©alable que le mĂ©nage a bien Ă©tĂ© fait. A 16h04 nous recevons un message nous indiquant que tous est bon. En pĂ©nĂ©trant dans les lieux nous constatons qu'aucun mĂ©nage n'a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©, draps, serviettes et torchons sales, tempĂ©rature Ă  15 degrĂ©s et odeurs de tabac froid (pour un logement non fumeur). AprĂšs avoir contactĂ© Majordome PrivĂ©, nous comprenons que rien ne peux ĂȘtre fait avant le lendemain matin. Coup de chance, nous trouvons dans un placard un kit complet draps/serviettes propres. On se retrousse les manches, on change le linge, aspirateur et Ă©ponge, chauffage au maximum et nous remettons l'appartement en Ă©tat. Le surlendemain nous sommes "appelĂ©s" par un/une responsable qui nous propose un remboursement des frais de mĂ©nage. Impossible d'obtenir le moindre geste commercial alors qu'il est Ă©vident que Majordome PrivĂ© est responsable vis Ă  vis des locataires de cette situation ! Cette mĂ©saventure nous est dĂ©jĂ  arrivĂ©e auparavant lors de rĂ©servation AIRBNB, mais il y a toujours eu un geste. Comme quoi passer par un prestataire n'amĂ©liore pas forcĂ©ment la qualitĂ© du service. Christophe.
