The hotel is well situated but the lobby is always busy day and night and they have a weird control issue around the front doors which must mean they have to keep undesirable people out of the hotel. Otherwise it’s great!

We had a room upgrade but the view was of a wall and a store for bottles and silver service equipment. We complained and they moved us the next day to a street view which was better. We originally booked a courtyard view in a deluxe room !! Wont stay again.
